Welcome to VestedHealth. By downloading, installing, or using the VestedHealth iOS application or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

VestedHealth provides users with tools to analyze corporate concentration, financial backing (derived from public SEC Form 13F disclosures), and medical bill markups compared against federal Medicare reimbursement baselines. The service is provided purely for informational and analytical utility.

2. No Medical, Financial, or Legal Advice

VestedHealth does **not** provide professional advice of any kind:

  • Not Medical Advice: Any information regarding pharmaceutical developers, active ingredients, or FDA mappings is for general awareness and should never replace consultation with a qualified medical professional.
  • Not Investment Advice: Financial allocations, institutional holding metrics, and owner networks represent public financial listings and do not constitute recommendations to buy or sell securities.
  • Not Legal Advice: The Medical Bill negotiation checklist and playbook are guides for user reference. Users are responsible for their own billing disputes and legal claims.

3. Local Storage and Data Accuracy

Because VestedHealth operates locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining your own scan ledger. While we compile data from verified public registries (SEC, FDA, NLM, Open Food Facts), we cannot guarantee that historical filings or third-party datasets are complete or error-free at all times.

4. Subscription Terms (Vested Premium)

Vested Premium subscriptions are processed and managed entirely through the Apple App Store. Payments are billed to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions directly in your App Store Account Settings.

5. Intellectual Property

VestedHealth and all custom interfaces, illustrations, layouts, graphics, and trade names are the intellectual property of VestedHealth. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VestedHealth shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application, including errors in data, device failure, or outcomes of healthcare billing negotiations.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
